COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Asyst Technologies 9701-2936-01 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Banner products, including obsoleted and phased-out Asyst-Technologies parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Balluff product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Banner such as the Q3XTBLDQ8 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 9701293601 manufactured by Asyst-Technologies and we are pleased to be able to service most Asyst-Technologies systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature BESIKU01123GS4SA2 by Manufacturer Balluff as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Balluff Brand BRGE1WEA12EPPRK05 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Balluff such as BNS519099R11 equipment made by Balluff have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Balluff products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Balluff" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available MSXLE4824YMSXLR4824Y made by Banner as well as the popular P2B65Q original spares produced by Banner Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the BILAD0P060A01S75 by Balluff and BNS519099R11 spares by Balluff are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original D12E2N6FV Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Banner. |
